Shipping Rates and Policies

Important Shipping Information: You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must refuse the shipment to the driver.

Shipping Damage: Splash in my pool.com will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the US Postal Service. The procedures to replace a damage shipment are as follows: 

For items shipped via "non-freight" service such as UPS...

1- the shipment  recipient  must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must give the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step must completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.

2-IMPORTANT PLEASE READ The recipiente must call or e-mail splash in my pool to notify any situation regarding DAMAGES AND RETURNS.  If you fails to do so or if you fails to get a (RA) return authorization, no terurn will be accept.
 

3- Splash in my pool will replace the shipment at no additional cost to the customer after Splash in my pool has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks. 

Limited warranty from the manufacturer, Intex. The poll liner has a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects and the pool filtration pump has a 1 year warranty. Any warranty claim must be submitted to the manufacturer. 

For warranty inquiries please call the Intex Consumer Hot line at 1-800-234-6839, monday thru friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific time. 

Returns: Splash in my poll accepts returns only within 30 days after shipment. Return shipments must display the return authorization (RA) number clearly on the shipping carton next to the shipping label. Returns without a properly displayed RA# will be rejected.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip to be eligible for credit.

All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Splash in my pool will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise.  
Warranties:  Splash in my pool warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Splash in my pool will replace any item returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective. All returned merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and a an explanation of the item's problem. Splash in my pool will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstance. Splash in my pool is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions.
